At St.-Martin-Straße 4, centrally located between the districts of Garmisch and Partenkirchen, right by the river Partnach. The main station and the bus station are at most two minutes away on foot.
Getting here & parkingCheck-in is possible from 3 pm.
Check-out is by 11 am. If you are leaving later in the day we are glad to store your luggage at reception.
Arrival is possible until 10.30 pm. If you arrive later, reception will gladly agree it with you in advance.
Yes, we have our own underground car park. A space costs € 10.00 per day and can be added on site subject to availability. Reservation in advance is unfortunately not possible.
Getting here & parkingNo. For safety reasons electric vehicles may not park in the underground car park, and there is no charging point at the hotel. We are happy to help you find charging options nearby.

The sauna is open daily from 4 to 10 pm, the gym daily from 8 am to 10 pm. There are three saunas: a Finnish sauna, a steam sauna and a bio sauna.

Yes, we have 28 bikes of our own in the house – women’s, men’s and children’s bikes as mountain, trekking and city bikes. You book them at reception, where you will also be told the current terms.
Yes, a ski room with a drying room for ski boots. For bikes there is also a bike room in the underground car park and a bike service room.
Our room rates are set daily and depend on demand, and always include the breakfast buffet. You can see the rate valid for your dates directly in our booking engine.
€ 3.00 per adult per night, € 1.00 per child aged 6 to 15, free for children under 6. The visitor’s tax is charged in addition to the room rate.
Children under six stay free of charge in their parents’ room; from six to 15.99 years with a 50 % reduction. An extra bed costs € 35.00 per night and is possible in the Superior Room and the Deluxe Room, but not in the Junior Room or the Junior Suite. A cot is provided free of charge subject to availability. Reception will gladly calculate in advance how reduction and extra bed combine in your case.
With a direct booking you can cancel free of charge up to seven days before arrival. For bookings via portals, the conditions of the rate booked there apply. Reception will review your specific case and reply to you in writing.

Yes, dogs are warmly welcome. We charge € 10.00 per animal per night. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant or the bar – guests with a dog have breakfast in our library. Assistance dogs are free of charge.
