Das Königliche reinterprets down-to-earth Bavarian cooking. Our own takes on classics – venison ragout with cranberries, homemade Munich schnitzel or fresh truffle ravioli – sit beside vegetarian and vegan creations made from purely regional ingredients.
Our recommendation: share the starters. They are designed to be enjoyed by two, or by the whole table.
Most of our produce comes from local alpine farmers and sustainable partners. Don’t worry about pronouncing the Bavarian dishes – our team will happily guide you through the menu.
